Dinner Theatre

The Montrose High School Choral Department invites you to its 17th Annual Dinner Theater, “Mardi Gras Magic!” This elegant evening will be held on Tuesday, February 21st at the Montrose Pavilion, and includes fabulous food, entertainment by MHS Choir members, a Silent Auction, and a Live Auction of donated items! Choir sections are competing for highest auction basket bids. This is the one big fundraiser of the year for the benefit of all the MHS choirs. Please join us! Come in appropriate costume if you wish!

Doors open for the Silent Auction at 5:30 p.m. with Dinner being served at 6:30 p.m. (catered by Camp Robber, and served by students). Reserved-seat tickets are $25 per person for Bistro Steak Dinner with Roasted Shallot Sauce OR Asparagus and Roasted Red Pepper Stuffed Chicken with Marinara Sauce OR a Vegetarian entrée will be available for $20. All dinners will be served with Wild Rice Pilaf, Green & Yellow Wax Beans, Green Salad with Orange-Basil Dressing, Housemade Bread & Butter, and Cream Cheese Swirl Brownies. Meal choice is made at time of ticket purchase.

Ticket sales begin at 7:30 a.m. on Monday, February 6th at the MHS office (enter from the main parking lot – 600 S. Selig Street). Seating is limited, so purchase your tickets early.

 Monetary and Silent Auction item donations are currently being accepted by choir students and the Choir Booster organization.  For more information, contact Cheryl Leu @ 249-6636 ext. 4362 or Eva Preslan @ 901-8878.

Off-Campus Privileges
To all parents of sophomore students:  If your child at Montrose High School met both academic and attendance requirements for the second quarter, they may be eligible for off campus lunch privileges for the third quarter.  If you have any questions about the qualifications for off campus lunch privileges, more information can be found of Pg. 5 of the student planner.  For any additional questions, please contact the attendance office at your earliest convenience.
